Shipping policy

Canada and US Shipping

We offer standard free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada and the US. We also offer expedited shipping at an extra cost (calculated at checkout). Please see below for additional details on shipping. 

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your items, order number and shipping information. Please make sure all the information is accurate. If there are any errors email us immediately at contact@housequeiroz.com so we can correct them before shipping. Please keep in mind we will ship your products within 3 business days from the order confirmation and are unable to redirect packages after they have shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your products have shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. International shipping rates will be calculated at check out. Please see below for additional details on shipping.

Import Duties 

Orders placed outside of Canada can be classified as imports in your country, including the US. In that case, you will be required to pay import duties and taxes required to clear customs. The shipping carrier assigned to your shipment will contact you using the details on your order. If import duties are not paid as required, the shipment might get automatically returned to our warehouse, and no refunds will be applied.

Lost, Stolen, and Delayed Packages

Lost: If you suspect your package has been lost while in transit please contact us at contact@housequeiroz.com and we will get in touch with the carrier.

Stolen: We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please keep an eye on your package tracking and make sure you are available on the delivery date to minimize the chances of your package being stolen.

Delayed Packages: We will ship your products within 3 business days but are unable to guarantee the carrier delivery timelines. Holidays are a busy time of the year and carriers could experience delays, please plan ahead so your package can arrive on time.
