If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, please note we are unable to offer any other type of refund at this moment. Damages and issues
Although we put a lot of care and attention in packaging your order, sometimes things do get damaged while in transit. Please make sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, order number and incorrect item received and we will ship you a replacement within 48 hours.
