How long will it take to get my order?
- It depends on where you are. Once your order has been confirmed we will dispatch it to you within 1-3 business days. Your confirmation email will contain your delivery details. For more details see our shipping policy.

Can I return my product?
- We strive to make you happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item just email us at contact@housequeiroz.com with your name, order number and products to be returned and we will walk you through the process.
- Items must be shipped within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Items must be on its original condition, unused and unwashed with all original packaging.
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
- We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
